Cars parked in those streets need rinsing every week or two, especially the lower panels, wheel arches and around door seals.
A little inland, Birtinya's apartments and townhouses around Lake Kawana mean lots of cars parked in shared car parks. If you work shifts and park in an open car park for long stretches, your roof and bonnet take a lot of UV. A coating doesn't stop UV, but it adds a hard layer over the clear coat and slows the fade.
