Case study
The Porsche Cayenne that towed the boat
The problem
A garaged Porsche Cayenne came in after years of towing a boat. Incorrect washing had left deep swirls across the paint, bad enough that the finish looked distorted rather than just dull.
The correction
Step one was CarPro Cut on a microfibre pad to remove the heavy swirling. Step two was CarPro Reflect on an orange foam pad to refine the finish and bring the clarity back.
The problem spot
On the rear pillar, water had been pooling and running down the same line after washes, and minerals had etched into the clear coat. Polishing alone wouldn't remove it. The paint was original factory clear, so Isaac wet sanded that one section from 1500 up to 5000 grit, then compounded and polished it back.

The result
About 95% defect removal. No correction is ever perfect, and a promise of 100% means either too much clear coat is coming off or someone isn't being straight with you. The paint was then coated with Blask RX520 for deep gloss and a very slick finish. The owner was gobsmacked.
