Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-11-08. These terms apply to services provided by Isaac's Pro Detailing (ABN 24 806 518 029), trading as Sunshine Coast Ceramic Coatings.

Services

We provide mobile paint correction, ceramic coating and maintenance services on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Coating work requires an undercover area and access to water at your property. We may reschedule if weather or site conditions would compromise the result.

Quotes and pricing

Prices on this website are in Australian dollars and are shown as + GST unless stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the information and photos you provide; if the paint condition on the day differs significantly, we'll discuss any change before doing extra work. Heavily damaged paint may need extra correction at an additional cost, which we'll agree with you first.

Results

Paint correction improves paint but cannot remove every defect. Deep scratches, chips and failed clear coat can't be fully repaired by polishing, and a ceramic coating does not prevent stone chips. We'll explain what to expect before we start.

Warranty and maintenance

If a coating we applied fails anywhere during the warranty period, we will redo the coating in that area, provided the vehicle has received correct, regular maintenance in line with our aftercare instructions. The warranty does not cover damage from impacts, accidents, chemicals, neglect or incorrect washing.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise. Customers can pay our invoice through Afterpay, subject to Afterpay's approval and terms.

Consumer guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any other loss is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
