The worst case he's seen wasn't even at home: a car parked under a tree in a bodyshop car park came back with the roof, bonnet, doors and glass covered in a white, salt-like residue that hardened into a crust that was very hard to break through.
Buderim survival tips
- Don't park under flowering or sap-dropping trees if you can avoid it.
- Remove sap and leaves the same day. Wet leaves stain quickly.
- Never scrape dried sap. Soften it first.
- A coating makes sap and fallout far easier to lift before it bonds.
Steep driveways aren't a problem. We just need a flat, undercover spot and a tap.
